Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's room wasn't as spacious as advertised but still nice despite the proximity to staircase causing noise; dinner was not available. Service was exceptional overall, except for one instance during check-in. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Charlottetown and its waterfront. The dining experience was good but on the pricier side.
The hotel's rooms are remodelled and much nicer than the so-called deluxe rooms on the 4th floor, though a bit small. The service was helpful and accommodating, although the staff were of practically no help in advising us on what to see on the island's north shore. The location was prime, within walking distance to the waterfront, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The dining experience was very good, though I question the choice of Frank Sinatra for breakfast music.
The hotel is in a beautiful spot, and the staff were amazing, though the rooms were a bit noisy from outside and other guests, and it was hot at night requiring the window to be opened.
The hotel rooms were not very big, but they were well-maintained and clean. However, they felt too small and uncomfortable for two people to share, lacking space, and needing some updating. The service was excellent, from check-in to check-out, very accommodating, and the staff was cheerful. The location was the best feature, conveniently within walking distance to downtown Charlottetown and major attractions. The dining experience was good overall, with some questionable choices in music. The facilities offered good parking, a quaint building, and a central location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were newly remodeled and way better than the deluxe rooms advertised on the 4th floor. However, my room had a lingering smell of smoke, likely due to the heating system issues in the building. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some glitches with the room temperature. The location was great for exploring Charlottetown but a bit noisy due to families with kids. The dining was exceptional with large portions and fantastic service, but it would have been nice to have more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the downtown area and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. The rooms, while sized for a single K or Q bed and needing updating to get rid of the smoke smell, are still much nicer than the so-called deluxe rooms on the 4th floor. The service is beyond friendly and treats your pets well, but communication can sometimes be a challenge. Dining, while very good, does not include any offerings. Overall, a conveniently located hotel with friendly service and decent rooms.
